How does the community reinvestment fee work?
We take a flat 5% fee from every transaction. Half of this goes towards platform maintenance, and the other half is directly reinvested into local neighborhood community events and artisan grants.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Because we deal with unique handmade items, we handle damages with extra care. Contact the maker directly via your dashboard, or reach out to our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I sell items from multiple locations?
Yes! Our Maker Pro accounts allow for multiple workshop locations, helping you manage local pickup and shipping logistics efficiently across different regions.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Many of our makers offer artisanal gift wrapping options. You'll see these choices at the checkout stage for each individual shop.
